Mental Health Services
Targeted Case Management
The primary mission of
Targeted Case Management is to assist individuals with severe
mental illness and to locate services in the community. Eligible individuals meet
with a case manager to determine specific needs through
customized service plans. Areas covered are: psychiatric,
medical/health, financial, housing, vocational/employment, basic
living skills, legal issues, social and community skills, and
crisis management.
Psycho-Social Rehabilitation
The primary mission of
Psycho-social Rehabilitation is to offer services to individuals
who have been assessed and approved by Region IV Mental Health
Authority. A comprehensive hands-on
teaching model is utilized in the local community. Individual and
group services include: symptom management, interpersonal skills
training, and social and communication skills. Groups will focus
on stress management and community crisis support skills which
include: problem solving, anger management, coping skills,
parenting techniques, and daily living skills.
Individual and Family
Counseling Services
The
primary mission of Individual & Family Counseling Services
is to provide comprehensive counseling services to family
members and other persons who have a primary treatment
relationship with the client for an integrated approach to
wellness. This solution-based program is designed to
assist clients and their families with practical solutions
to complex problems through treatment for behavior
problems, anxiety, depression, or anger. The comprehensive
approach to individual and family counseling provides the
following assessment and support services: interview and
screening, social history and evaluation, psychotherapy,
and medication management.
