IDAHO ADVISORY COUNCIL ON HIV & AIDS (IACHA)

IACHA (formerly the Idaho Care and Prevention Council) was designed to build cooperation between different groups, government agencies, non-government agencies and the people most affected by HIV in various communities. IACHA provides a platform for “data driven” community planning, which means the planning groups must use HIV-related data for the region and state to identify target populations and prioritize needs. This information forms the framework that the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare can use to create targeted prevention and care programs in communities throughout the state.

IDAHO CENTER FOR FISCAL POLICY

The Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that conducts research and provides information about Idaho tax and budget issues, with particular emphasis on how our state pays for vital government services including education, public health and safety, and transportation. By offering data, reports, and commentary, we aim to be an essential source for understanding Idaho’s state budget and tax policies.
