Mental Health Services
Targeted
Case Management links services for Boise area individuals with
serious mental illness to promote stable community living. We also provide Psycho-social
Rehabilitation that teaches adults with mental illness, skills to live
independently in the community.
Individual
and Family Counseling Services
are also provided bringing family members and other
persons who have a primary treatment relationship with the client
together for an integrated approach to wellness.
Home Recovery Team Program
The Home Recovery Team (HRT) is a community based service that provides
individualized treatment and support to adults who may have a mental illness and
who need short-term intervention to assist them in remaining stable in their
homes. HRT services emphasize self-direction, responsibility, empowerment and
recovery. The services provided draw upon the individual’s natural support
systems and offer respect and hope. Interventions are used that give individuals
support which help them avoid the disruption of leaving their home environment
for facility-based treatment. The HRT is not intended to be a replacement for
inpatient treatment if that is the most appropriate level of care required to
remain safe.
