Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center is situated 25 minutes from downtown Memphis, TN in Olive Branch, Mississippi. It is convenient and accessible to Interstates 240, 55 and 40 (15 minutes), and to Memphis International Airport (20 minutes).

Hotel Reservations & Accommodations
Hotel Reservations For hotel reservations, call Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center at (662) 895-2941. It is the responsibility of the registrant (attendees, participants, speakers, federal and state partners) to contact the hotel directly, and to make his / her room reservations. Whispering Woods Hotel will hold your credit card for incidentals, and will charge the lodging cost to the registrant’s credit card. The room block is listed under Mountain States Group.
Room Rates The group rate for this conference is $86.00 plus tax, per night per room until August 14, 2009.
Reservation deadline Rooms must be reserved by August 14, 2009. The hotel is unable to guarantee the availability of rooms after this date. After the deadline, room rates will be subject to current market prices.
Check In / Check Out Times Hotel check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and checkout time is before 11:00 am.
Incidental Charges Whispering Woods Hotel will require all registrants (attendees, participants, speakers, federal and state partners) to provide a credit card at check-in for incidental charges. Be advised that Whispering Woods’ policy prohibits smoking in a non-smoking room. If a guest smokes in a non-smoking room, the guest will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee as an incidental charge.
Shuttle Service Complimentary airport shuttle service is available to and from Memphis International Airport from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm daily for Whispering Woods guests. Pickup can be arranged by calling Whispering Woods at 662-895-2941. Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to day of arrival. If the shuttle is called at the time of arrival, plan 45 – 60 minutes for pick up. All transportation arrangements MUST be made 24 hours in advance with the hotel’s front desk staff for your return trip. Contact the front desk 24 hours prior to departure to arrange return transportation to Memphis International Airport. For groups, Whispering Woods is only able to accommodate transporting up to five (5) guests at one time.
Complimentary Hotel Parking Whispering Woods provides complimentary on-site parking for guests. Guests assume all risks and responsibilities for parking. Whispering Woods and Mountain States Group are not liable in the event of any vehicle loss or damage.
