PRIVACY POLICY
Mountain States Group, Inc. (MSG) respects each site visitor’s right to personal privacy and recognize the importance of protecting information we may collect from visitors to our site. To that end, MSG collects and uses information throughout our website only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website.

For each visitor to our website, our web server does not recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address.  This site does not collect cookies.

The information we collect is used to process your donation, including receipting and ongoing communication; to respond to your inquiries; or to supply you with requested information on MSG.  If you have submitted personal information to MSG electronically and would like it removed or modified, please contact us.  We will use every possible reasonable effort to comply with your request.

In order to donate, users will need to enter contact and payment information, but we never sell, exchange or disclose user information outside the organization. It is only gathered to contact the user to process donations and follow up communications. It may be necessary, if required by law or if pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations, to release your personally identifiable information.

We require information from the user on our donation form. A user will voluntarily provide contact information (such as name, phone, email, and address) and possibly financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) through our website or e-mail correspondence. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use the information to contact the user.  This information is used to process the donations and to provide receipts, as well as any applicable follow-up correspondence in physical or electronic form.

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we have collected from you at our site.

Employee access to personal information is strictly on a need to know basis.  Employees are reminded of the importance of protecting the privacy of our donors and Internet site users and are required to acknowledge MSG’s confidentiality policy.

MSG’s website may contain links to other sites.  We do not endorse or otherwise accept responsibility for the contact or privacy policies of those sites.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES: MSG reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.  We will promptly reflect any such modifications in our posted Privacy Policy statement.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION: We are committed to resolving disputes within one week. If problems arise, users may contact us by email, telephone or fax.
