Idaho Kids Count collects the best available data on child well-being, uses that information to educate policy makers and citizens, and mobilizes community efforts that will secure a better future for all children. Nutrition Works is a sponsoring organization for the Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in Idaho that provides food reimbursement money and nutrition training for licensed family child care providers and child care centers.  Project Director Barbara Wilson 336-5533 xt 280

The CHIPRA 2 Project, funded by the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act, reaches out to groups of children where significant gaps in health coverage exists.  Through a partnership with the Idaho Primary Care Association (IPCA) and Idaho's Community Health Centers, project efforts are focused on finding income-eligible, uninsured children and assisting them with CHIP/Medicaid enrollment and retention.  Click Here For More Information, or contact Project Director Lauren Necochea at 208-388-1014.
